1. What Elvas is

Elvas is an AI-powered interview coaching tool. It helps you practice job interviews by asking role-specific questions, recording your answers, and generating feedback. Elvas is a practice tool — it does not guarantee job offers, interview success, or any specific employment outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Elvas. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account

4. Payments and sessions

Elvas offers the following paid products:

• Single Session ($9) — 1 interview session with 7 questions
• 10-Session Pass ($29) — 10 interview sessions with 7 questions each

All payments are one-time. There are no subscriptions. Sessions never expire — they remain on your account until used.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card details.

Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied after your first paid session, contact us at privacy@elvas.io within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. After the first session, refunds are not available for used sessions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Elvas for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Use automated tools to access the service at scale
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Upload malicious files or content intended to harm the service or other users
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission

6. Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you provide to Elvas — including your resume, job descriptions, and interview answers.

7. AI-generated content

The feedback, improved answers, and scores generated by Elvas are produced by AI. They are intended as coaching guidance only. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use your own judgment when applying this feedback to real job applications or interviews.

Elvas makes no warranty that AI-generated feedback is complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific role or employer.

8. No employment guarantee

Elvas is a practice tool. We make no guarantee that using Elvas will result in job offers, successful interviews, or any particular employment outcome. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and content comprising the Elvas product (excluding your personal content) is owned by Elvas and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep Elvas available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice and refund any unused paid sessions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Elvas.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@elvas.io. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the product. Continued use of Elvas after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
